Homework for the rest of this year

For summer tern, we ask that your child spends 10 minutes a week consolidating their times tables on TT Rockstars each week. The garage section has tables set by Mrs Starcevic that are aimed at your individual child. We ask that children spend 10 minutes a week learning their spellings on Spelling Shed.

In addition to this, we ask that your child reads and fills in their diary to be signed by an adult at least 4 times a week.

We will also send home one maths word problem to be completed in their homework books.

Homework is still set on a Friday and collected in on an Wednesday. Thank you for your support with this.

Internet Safety

Does your child go online at home? We’ve used the following site in school to help teach our class about safe use of social media and online games.https://www.thinkuknow.co.uk/8_10/control/chat/

We recommend that you spend some time on this site with your child so that you are aware of what they should be doing to stay safe and have fun whilst online.

Select the ‘cyber café’ and then choose 'enter'  after this the 'host' called Griff should be able to tell you what to do to explore the site.
