Our Learning Leaders give pupils an important voice in the development of teaching and learning at ROTJS. They work alongside school leaders to explore priorities within our School Development Plan, gathering pupils' views and helping us understand what learning is really like across the school.

They may talk to other children, visit classrooms, look at aspects of learning and share their findings and ideas with school leaders. This helps ensure that pupil voice is part of how we evaluate and improve our school.
