Parents Evening 

Dear Parents / Carers,

We are pleased to invite you to our Parents Evening this term. These meetings are an important opportunity to discuss your child’s progress over the term and explore ways to support their learning and development.

Meetings will take place in school, face to face with your child’s class teacher on either:

Each meeting is scheduled for 10 minutes. We kindly ask for your support in ensuring that the meetings run on time. If more time is needed to discuss your child’s progress, please arrange a follow-up appointment with the class teacher.

If your child receives additional support beyond our universal provision, you will be invited by our SENCO to attend an additional SEND review later in the term.
