Outstanding Multiplication Tables Check Results

We are delighted with our Year 4 pupils' outstanding performance in the 2026 Multiplication Tables Check. The cohort achieved an impressive average score of 23.1 out of 25, significantly above the national average of 21.0. Furthermore, 61% of pupils achieved full marks, compared with 37% nationally. 

These excellent results reflect our pupils' hard work, positive attitudes towards learning and the high-quality teaching they receive. Strong multiplication fluency is a key foundation for success in maths and we are incredibly proud of what our children have achieved.

The results place the school well above national averages and demonstrate the strength of mathematics teaching across the curriculum.
